My clients are small to medium-sized businesses including bookkeepers and accountants.
My practice is composed of over 60% Small Business Development Center (SBDC) clients and projects and 40% private ongoing clients. Deep community involvement and experience enables me to quickly understand your business, and to research and develop solutions for you that will quickly optimize your business situation. I do not do taxes, but do offer thorough tax positioning to my private clients.
My mission is to provide your business with high quality managerial accounting that includes operations management and reporting, coaching, training, and a full complement of QuickBooks services at an expert level. My primary concern is your satisfaction with the array of services I provide. I offer references upon request and have many excellent referrals from the businesses I've helped, as well as my major public client referral, the Small Business Development Center at Cabrillo College. For your convenience I offer payment by either VISA or Mastercard. for private clients.

PENELOPE FAURE MBA, is CEO of Faure, Inc., is a managerial accountant and an advanced QuickBooks proadvisor. Her company specializes in helping small businesses take the next step in internal management to improve profitability. Penelope has graduate education in finance (doctoral level), financial planning, psychology (doctoral level), and business. She is an experienced managerial accountant, trainer, author, business broker, and businesswoman. She is a former specialist in the internet-based finance industry and wields a considerable amount of technical expertise and experience in IT engineering. She has owned and operated 6 businesses in different industries, as well as her current consulting business, Faure, Inc (20 years) and has had longer-term technical and financial consulting contracts with Apple, Sun Microsystems, IBM, Pacific Bell, Wells Fargo, and E*Trade, among others. She has taught mathematics, computer science and business at the University of California, Berkeley, San Francisco State, and Skyline College. She is coauthor of many technical papers as well as coauthor of "Object Oriented System Development", a book published by Addison Wesley and sponsored by Hewlett Packard.
